Shred Triplets
No matter your level and experience, one of the biggest challenges to playing the guitar is pushing the boundaries of this instrument. Everyone experiences difficulties with the physical abilities needed to play guitar parts needed to make the music you want to make. This scale drill sequence gives you a solid way to build your speed, dexterity, stamina, and strength to improve your playing.
Using the E Minor scale, you can practice this alternate picking sequence starting in small groups. Then, build that out to 3 you can use across the whole guitar neck. The first part of this is three notes repeated on the same string, and then moved to the third string, and then played back to back.
The next part moves though two strings much faster by playing only three notes on one string and moving right to the next, and then repeated.
Use the tab to get these patterns under your hands, slowly connect the patterns as you get better.
